    Seriously, if the Dr, developed the drug at University Hospital, does that not mean that the drug is actually property of university hospital and owned by the hospital...??
    Like in University, if you develop anything on University grounds its property of the University and they own the patent...
    Did the writers not check the BI LAWS lol
