As a child abuse investigator, Xander taking Victoria while she was left with Maggie was very smart. Until they go to court and establish a custody agreement, there is nothing law enforcement can do. How many times I've been called out, when one parent or the other wants the child back. Even if the other parent picked them up from you and you just intended for a short visit, when the other parent says, "no, I changed me mind, not bringing them back". When there is no legal custody agreement, possession is 9/10ths of the law..... Xander can keep Victoria now until the custoday agreement is made. And Maggie couldn't stop Xander, and I'm sure she tried, but legally, she is only the grandmother so Xander being her parent could take her. He wouldn't have been able to is Sarah had been there and said no. Actually when dealing with divorce, I warn people that they should take physical custody of the kids, caues legally they don't have to hand the kids over until they go to court. I'm sure the police told Maggie that Xander was within his rights. Cause unless there is a legal agreement giving Maggie custoday or not allowing Xander to take her. It's sad when things like this happen. Especially if they start accusing each other of child abuse. You know, Sarah wasn't being fair up till now, and b/c of that, I'm pretty sure Xander isn't going to be either, so Sarah better hurry up withe getting a curstody agreement. I wish Xander and Sarah would get back together. However I seen the spark between her Brady and Rachel. That was so good cause Rachel doesn't like any woman her dad dates, but feels safe with Sarah since she raised her the 1st year of her life.

DeleteSarah is such a LIAR. And what's so crazy about it is she will twist it around like she can do no wrong and when she lies it's for the right reasons and good. What a joke! Flashback, she lies about important things, like Eric's baby she lied and said Makenze was Xander's, and again when she had Victori hid the pregnancy and then said she was Rex's. And now that Xander knows about her betrayal, she's not sorry, blames him and talks about how right she was to do it. She didn't care when he went to prison She didn't even care when he went to prison and is now plotting, asking HIS family to betray him in the worse possible way, to give his inheritance to Philiip. I don't blame Xander for being paranoid about Sarah.
