Wow, mind-blowing to see that connection between Rachel and Sarah, but when she said that she liked the name Mackenzie... that made me tear up too. I was amazed when the truth came out about Rachel and Mackenzie being switched. The genuine forgiveness Sarah showed to Xander at the time. Xander's lies have been way worse than Sarah's, but when Sarah suddenly realized MacKenzie was dead for over a year... it's shocking how strong she's been. Ya, for a moment she run away with Rachel, who was just over a year old, cause the idea of handing her over to Kristin Dimera of all people... must have been her worse nightmare, but somehow she did it. But Xander honoring MacKenzie by getting her a beautiful headstone was the best thing he did to try to make amends. This should have broke Sarah's trust in Xander forever, but she seen his heart, how he acted in love and only wanted to protect her. It was such a crazy thing he did, but it was shocking how Sarah forgave him with little effort. I suppose she needed his should to grief on. I really don't know how Sarah held it together when Rachel said that, but there is definitely a bond between them. Rachel hated Chloe with passion and drove her away. Then she sent threatening tests to Ava, and got her kidnapped. I think Sarah is the only woman besides her mom that she would be ok with, but Sarah remembers the danger Kristin is. Sarah's never had relations with Brady, but I think her and Brady both see how well it works for Rachel. But Kristin will go crazy if she sees it, and Sarah will probably be disappeared again. I miss when Days had supercouples. Actually I thought Xander and Sarah was a supercouple, till a couple days ago. Xander use to love Sarah, but no more. Now I wonder if he ever loved her, definitely wasn't unconditional.. so now I'm glad she's chosen not to fight the separation. Though I'm still pissed off how cold Xander was to Sarah that day. He went from the "most romantic" to a "disgusting pig" by what I see. He's just disgusting, and I guess this will make it easier for Sarah to move on. Gotta love her strength here.
ReplyDeleteI don't think Days is headed here... but I think it would be the most shocking if Rachel remembers about EJ's shooting is Chanelle. The reason I say this is cause she doesn't remember threatening him this way... and I remembered the way she was speaking cause it was so threatening. Remember how depressed she got cause of her mom exposing her to radiation, causing her to not be able to have children. And she was the one there when Johnny ran in, punched EJ in the face and spilled everything he learned about EJ raping his mom. And suddenly it was like Chanelle had to be strong, cause Johnny was falling apart... but her suffering for a baby didn't stop, and suddenly there was a baby... in Sophia's womb... who needed a mom. And Chanelle felt an instant bond to this baby, but Amy insisted on meeting them and approving of them. They were so nervous, wanting everything to be perfect, cause Chanelle wanted this baby more than anything. She was completely focused on it. Every second, she was getting everything ready. And EJ's crimes were all coming out, so when Amy showed up to meet them, it ruined everything. Chanelle even tried once more to meet Amy, showing her how they moved out, making changes to protect the baby, and for a second they thought Amy might agree, but again, as she read about EJ's crimes, Amy refused. Remember how broken hearted Chanelle was, and how she was blaming EJ for ruining everything. It's no wonder she forgot how threatening she was cause blamed EJ for devasting her true love and taking away her chances of being a mother. She loved Johnny so much that is was hurting her probably more than it was hurting him to see what it was doing to him. Chanelle was there just before Johnny.... and if she really doesn't remember threatening EJ, she may have blocked the memory for a reason. Maybe she seen Johnny going in, threatening EJ with a gun... and after Johnny left, she may have re-entered the room to finish the job with the gun Johnny left laying there. When she took off, throwing the gun in the bushes. Which may explain why EJ has blocked the memory of Chanelle's threats. Though it's also hard to believe what EJ says, cause we know how he manipulates and deceives. I never know if he's lying or not on the show cause he lies so much. We know he sent in the footage of Chanelle's threats to create reasonable doubt, which he was sneaky cause many wouldn't understand his "legal perspective" reasoning. Regardless, I think EJ is sincere that he can't remember, and I think Rachel has remembered more but is afraid to talk. Many think it was Rachel herself (as EJ kidnapped her Grandma). I thought it more likely was Kristin, which would have freaked little Rachel out. But an sweet and innocent as Chanelle has turned, I think it would be a good twist to add. But I Chanelle had temporary insanity over Johnny's suffering and losing her baby. Also we might consider which actor is the next to leave the show, unless they use Ava who's already left. And then then always the theory of Megan coming back in a Gwen mask cause she's used the disguise to get Dimetri's inheritance and she's still evading the law as Megan.

ReplyDeleteTammy2trueblue, I don't agree that it was Chanel! I feel EJ knows who shot him and it is someone he doesn't want to go to jail! Also I thought about with Rachel asking Gwen what you are doing here maybe Rachel self conscious was triggered but don't know why! I feel maybe it was Gwen that shot EJ!
